Information Collection

General Apps (Most Applications)

For most of my applications:

  • No Personal Data Collection: I do not collect, store, or process any personal information
  • No Account Required: You can use the apps without creating an account
  • No Third-Party Sharing: No data is shared with third parties
  • Local Processing: All data processing happens locally on your device

Apps with AI Features (e.g., Eyevo, iEmoji)

Some apps utilize AI features powered by OpenAI. Here’s how data is handled:

No Data Storage:

  • I do not store any of your data on my servers
  • Images and prompts are sent directly to OpenAI for processing
  • No copies are retained by me after processing
  • Results are returned directly to your device

How It Works:

  • When you use an AI feature, your input (image or text) is sent to OpenAI’s API
  • OpenAI processes the request and returns the result
  • The result is displayed in the app and stored locally on your device only
  • I have no access to your inputs or the results

OpenAI’s Data Handling:

  • OpenAI processes data according to their Privacy Policy
  • API data is not used to train OpenAI models
  • Data is processed securely with encryption in transit

Other Information:

  • Basic device information (iOS version, device model) may be collected for crash reporting
  • Purchase transaction data is processed by Apple, not by me

Apps with Local Analytics (e.g., WhatStats)

For apps that analyze local data:

  • All Processing is Local: Analysis happens entirely on your device
  • No Data Upload: Your chat exports and personal data never leave your device
  • No Server Communication: No data is transmitted to external servers

  • Right to Access: Request information about data processing
  • Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your data

My apps are not directed at children under 13 years of age. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
