Eyevo: from a Pokémon card scan to an organized collection

Eyevo is my Pokémon TCG scanner and collection app for iPhone, iPad, and Android. The iOS app first launched on July 28, 2025. I refreshed this overview in October 2026 with the current screenshots and a short changelog of what I built that month below.

The camera is the starting point. The useful part comes after recognition: checking the card you actually own, saving it, and finding it again when your collection grows.

Scan, then confirm the printing

Point the camera at a supported Pokémon card and review the result. Recognition runs on the phone and works offline after the initial setup for your selected card languages. Fresh market prices still need a connection.

A matching Pokémon name is only part of the answer. Set, language, and variant matter too. Eyevo lets you review the printing before adding it to a collection, and compare the available raw, graded, and sold-price information. Those prices provide context for the card on screen; they are not a promise of what your own copy will sell for.

See the scanner workflow on Eyevo’s website.

Keep the collection useful after scanning

Separate collections make it easier to keep different parts of a hobby together. Record the copies you own, track set progress, and keep wanted cards on a wishlist. The collection tracker provides a place to sort and find those entries later.

The portfolio brings owned cards across collections into one view. On iPhone and iPad, portfolio features are part of Pro. It is another way to look at the same collection when you want an overview rather than a particular binder or set.

Try Eyevo with your own cards

Start with a few cards, review their printings, and build a collection you can return to. The Eyevo website has the current feature details and download links for both platforms.

For an earlier look at the app, see my September 2025 introduction to Eyevo.
